Every transaction has a second agent on the other side of it. When that person picks up the phone and recognises our name as someone who returns calls, sends complete paperwork, and doesn’t create problems where none exist, the whole process moves faster — and it moves in our client’s favour.

We work with agents at every experience level across Brampton. Some are seasoned; some closed their first deal last month. When we’re across the table from someone still learning, we don’t complain about it or make their inexperience our client’s problem. We pick up whatever slack there is and get the deal to the finish line. The commission split doesn’t change how carefully we do the work.
